Personal Care Attendants play a crucial role in achieving the goal of AllCare Homecare. Our compassionate and highly trained PCAs provide personalized in-home care services to individuals requiring supported living services. They assist our clients in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management. The role goes beyond basic care — PCAs act as companions and offer emotional support, helping clients maintain their independence and dignity while building strong relationships with clients and their families.

This position involves managing and overseeing individual client cases from the initial assessment through ongoing care. The Case Coordinator works closely with the people we serve, families, and caregivers to develop personalized care plans, coordinate services, and monitor progress. They serve as the primary point of contact, addressing concerns and adjusting care as needed. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
