AllCare Homecare was founded by Dr. David and Tiffany, a husband-and-wife team with over 30 years of marriage and a shared commitment to serving their community. What began as weekend visits to retirement homes, providing essential eye care to seniors, soon grew into a lifelong dedication to helping others live with dignity and independence.

Their daughter later founded Rachel’s Hug-a-Bears, a nonprofit that delivers comfort to hospitalized children — further reflecting the family’s ongoing commitment to care and service. Through their own experiences with in-home care, they recognized the need for reliable, compassionate, and personalized support, leading to the creation of AllCare Homecare.
